Change of mind

Due to the nature of supplements, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed and dispatched, or if the product has been opened or used.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue. Where appropriate, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Return conditions
